Tao Climate Limited operates MarginGlow. Send data-rights requests to hello@taoclimate.com with “MarginGlow data request” in the subject.

You may ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy, together with relevant information about how it is used.

You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal data or complete information that is materially incomplete.

You may request deletion where the legal conditions apply. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security or dispute purposes.

You may request restricted processing in qualifying circumstances or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

Where applicable, you may request personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn for the future without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

To protect business and personal information, we may request proof of identity, account ownership or authority to act for another person or organisation.

We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Complex or numerous requests may lawfully require additional time, in which case we will explain the reason.

Concerns may be sent to hello@taoclimate.com. Individuals may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority.
