Business terms for using MarginGlow.

MarginGlow is operated by Tao Climate Limited, 2 Dispensary Lane, Rathfarnham, Dublin D14 N6Y5, Ireland. CRO number 730527. VAT number IE4117413PH.

By creating an account, purchasing a service or using MarginGlow, you confirm that you act wholly or mainly for business purposes, are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the relevant business.

MarginGlow analyses information supplied by users, connected services and available public business information. It may produce business maps, observations, recommendations, drafts, plans, reports, tasks and other AI-assisted outputs.

Features may change as MarginGlow develops. We may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, reliability or product development.

Artificial intelligence can misunderstand information and produce incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, outdated or invented content. MarginGlow does not guarantee that any output is correct, complete, current, unique, lawful or suitable for a particular purpose.

MarginGlow is not legal, tax, accounting, audit, financial, investment, employment, insurance, medical, engineering, safety, cybersecurity or regulated professional advice. Outputs must not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional where professional judgement is required.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any MarginGlow output. You must review and verify material facts, figures, prices, dates, claims, legal requirements and customer-facing content before acting, publishing, sending, purchasing or changing business systems.

You are responsible for information supplied through your account, account security, authorised users, required permissions and ensuring that your use of MarginGlow complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

MarginGlow is designed to leave material business decisions under human control. MarginGlow will not intentionally enter contracts, purchase goods, publish content, spend advertising budgets or send external communications on your behalf unless you have expressly authorised the relevant action or workflow.

MarginGlow does not guarantee increased revenue, savings, profit, rankings, leads, reviews, tender success, regulatory compliance or any other commercial outcome. Recommendations depend on available data, market conditions, implementation and matters outside our control.

Prices, applicable taxes, billing currency and recurring terms are shown before payment. The Pro Scan currently has a base price of US$49 and includes the first month of Glow Pro. Glow Pro then renews at a base price of US$7 per month until cancelled. Stripe may show a supported local-currency equivalent at checkout.

Task Credits are digital service units used to run eligible AI tasks. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be subject to reasonable expiry, usage and anti-abuse rules displayed in the product.

A valid Power Code may reduce an eligible initial payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Power Code does not reduce later subscription renewals, has no cash value, cannot be combined with another offer and may be withdrawn in cases of fraud, error or abuse. Eligibility and the final price are shown at checkout.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period.

MarginGlow offers the money-back protection stated on the applicable offer or checkout page. Refund requests should be sent promptly to support@taoclimate.com with the account email and payment details. Refunds are not intended to cover fraud, abuse, excessive use or repeated purchases made after a previous refund.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No commission or success fee arises merely from using MarginGlow. Certain future services may be offered for an agreed percentage of verified savings or additional revenue, potentially 2%.

A success fee is payable only where you separately approve in advance the specific opportunity, percentage, baseline, attribution method, measurement period, exclusions, evidence and payment terms. Disputed commission will not be automatically charged while the dispute is being reviewed.

Tao Climate Limited retains all rights in MarginGlow software, systems, branding, methods and underlying technology. You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide.

Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use outputs generated for your business. AI outputs may not be unique and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. You must review outputs for third-party rights before publication or commercial use.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload payment-card data, passwords, unnecessary special-category personal data, unlawful material or confidential information that you are not authorised to process.

MarginGlow may depend on services supplied by Google, Gemini, Google Cloud, Firebase, Stripe, HubSpot, email providers and other vendors. Their availability and terms are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for independent third-party products or decisions.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity, platform abuse, infringement, fraud or material breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tao Climate Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, savings, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or data arising from use of MarginGlow or reliance on its outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tao Climate Limited’s total aggregate liability arising from MarginGlow will not exceed the fees paid by the customer to MarginGlow during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You will indemnify Tao Climate Limited against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful customer content, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorised account use or deliberate misuse of MarginGlow.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that applicable law requires to be preserved.
